For transferring SMSes between 2 Nokia phones, you can first  upload all the messages from the old mobile to free online service like Zyb and then download all the messages to the new mobile.

Alternatively, you could try Nokia’s PC Suite application which features a backup application which back ups SMS messages as well. You could then download them into the new Nokia
